FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

  • We recommend comfortable training gear, such as a t-shirt or singlet with leggings or shorts, and suitable footwear for netball activities.

  • PIVOT caters to various age groups. When registering, please indicate the age your child turns this year to help us place them in the appropriate group.

  • Absolutely! Parents and caregivers are welcome to observe from a reasonable distance. To ensure participants get the most out of the session, we recommend minimal interaction. Drop-off and pick-up are also fine—just ensure you’re on time to collect your child and that your contact details are accurate.

  • Yes! Every member of the PIVOT coaching team is cleared to work with children as required by the NSW Department of Education.

  • Sessions will usually proceed as planned. However, in the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather with no suitable indoor venue, we will endeavour to reschedule the session.

    In cases of bad weather, you will be notified via email and updates will be posted on PIVOT’s socials.

    If rescheduling is not possible or the session is cancelled entirely by PIVOT Netball, a full refund will be provided.

  • We understand that plans can change, so we aim to offer a fair and transparent cancellation policy:

    Cancellations

    • If you cancel 7 days or more prior to the session, you will receive a full refund, less the 10% merchant fee (we recommend rescheduling rather than cancelling, as Paige can get quite busy!)

    • If you cancel within 7 days but more than 24 hours prior to the session, a 50% refund will be issued, less the 10% merchant fee (if not rescheduled).

    • Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.

    No-Show Policy

    • If you do not attend the session without providing prior notice, the booking will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be offered.
